Information we collect

We may receive your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, account details, order contents, selected sizes, transaction status and correspondence with support. Our site may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, referral source and basic site-usage events. A payment provider, when enabled, handles sensitive payment credentials; NailPressly may receive limited transaction details such as payment status and an identifier, not the full card number.

Why we use it

We use information to operate the storefront, respond to questions, prepare and deliver orders, provide tracking, handle returns or refunds, secure the site, prevent fraud, keep records required for tax or accounting, and improve the shopping experience. We send marketing messages only when permitted and provide a way to opt out. We do not sell customer order records as a marketplace service.

Cookies, sharing and retention

WooCommerce and our hosting tools may use necessary cookies for carts, accounts and security. Analytics or marketing tools, if enabled, may use additional cookies; browser controls can limit optional cookies, although essential checkout functions may then be affected. We share the minimum information needed with hosting providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud and security services, and professional advisers where required. We may disclose information if legally required. We retain order and support records only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them where practical.

Your choices and security

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and any legal retention duty. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using its opt-out link or by contacting us. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no internet transmission is completely risk free. Please use a unique account password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. If information is processed outside your location, we apply the safeguards required by applicable law.

Children and updates

Our store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect a child’s information without an appropriate legal basis. Order, support and account choices

Information you submit in checkout or support forms should be limited to what is needed for the transaction or question. If you ask us to locate an order, we may verify details such as the order number, checkout email and shipping name before sharing status. We do not publish a customer’s address, order history or support message in our public product and page JSON endpoints. Those endpoints expose only information already intended for shoppers.

Requests and response

To request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, write to [email protected] and identify the account or order without sending passwords or complete payment credentials. We may ask for reasonable verification to avoid disclosing someone else’s information. Some order records must be kept for tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal duties even after an account is closed. We will explain any such exception in our response.
