These terms govern use of NailPressly and purchases placed through this website. NailPressly is a direct-to-customer press-on nail store, not a marketplace for third-party sellers. By using the site you agree to provide accurate information and review the product details and policies relevant to your order. If you disagree, do not place an order and contact [email protected] with questions.
Products and product information
Products are described by their listing, selected variation, SKU, displayed price and availability. Product photographs may be digital design previews; screen settings and lighting can alter how colors or finishes appear. Please confirm size and package contents from the listing, and ask us before ordering if a measurement or included item is unclear. We do not guarantee a particular wear duration or medical result from a nail product. Follow the product’s application and removal instructions and stop use if irritation occurs.
Prices, orders and payment
Prices and availability can change before an order is accepted. The checkout should present the final item total, available shipping method, shipping cost and applicable tax before payment. A cart does not reserve stock. An automated acknowledgement is not a promise to fulfill an order that contains an obvious pricing error, unavailable item or invalid address; if that happens, we will contact you and offer correction or cancellation. Payment methods are limited to those active at checkout, as explained in Payment Methods.
Fulfillment, changes and returns
Delivery destinations and charges are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Requests to change or cancel an order are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. These pages form part of these terms. We do not waive consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials private and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. Do not submit false order information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, scrape customer data or upload harmful material. We may limit access or review an order where reasonably necessary to protect customers and the store, subject to applicable law.
Site content and responsibility
Site text, product designs, photographs, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may use the site to browse and purchase, but may not republish its content commercially without permission. We work to keep information accurate, but temporary errors or interruptions can occur. Contact and changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version. The terms presented at the time an order is accepted apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise. Support and dispute resolution
If an item arrives wrong, damaged or not as described, contact us with the order number and evidence so we can investigate under the 60-day Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. For delivery problems, use the Shipping Policy; for account or privacy concerns, use the Privacy Policy. We will respond through the support contact published on the site and explain the proposed resolution. A customer’s statutory rights and available payment-provider remedies are not removed by these terms.
No third-party seller relationship
Customers buy from NailPressly through this storefront. We do not invite visitors to list items as independent sellers, receive marketplace payouts or publish seller campaigns. Any page or message that suggests a separate seller contract should be reported to [email protected]. This distinction matters because our product descriptions, prices, returns and customer support are the store’s responsibility rather than a third-party listing.
