You may browse the site and use product information to decide whether to buy, but may not reproduce or sell our materials without written permission.

Reporting a concern

Please identify the particular image, text or listing rather than sending only a general website link. We may request additional information to investigate.

Review and resolution

We review good-faith reports and may correct, remove or restrict disputed content while investigating. We may contact the person who supplied material when appropriate. Filing an inaccurate complaint can affect others’ rights, so please submit only information you believe to be true. Our DMCA Copyright Notice gives a more specific process for US copyright notices and counter-notices. Customer order issues belong under our Contact page, not this policy.

Information to include in a report

For a copyright report, identify the original work, the exact URL and the specific image or text at issue. For a trademark report, identify the mark and the goods or services for which you claim rights. Tell us how we can reach you and whether you are the owner or an authorized representative. Screenshots and registration information may help but are not a substitute for the exact site URL. We will not ask you to publish private identity documents on a public page.

What happens next

We may temporarily restrict the challenged content while we verify the facts, correct an attribution or description, remove the material, or explain why the report does not identify an apparent violation.
