DMCA Copyright Notice
NailPressly responds to copyright concerns about content displayed on our website. This page describes what to include in a notice and how a person whose material was removed may respond. Send notices to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. This email contact does not claim that a statutory DMCA agent registration has been completed.
Copyright notice
Identify the copyrighted work, the exact NailPressly URL and material you believe infringes it, your name and contact details, and a statement explaining why you believe use is unauthorized. Include a statement, made in good faith, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, plus a physical or electronic signature. We may ask for supporting information and will review the report promptly.
Counter-notice and review
If material you supplied was removed and you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, contact [email protected] with the removed URL, your contact details, an explanation and any evidence of your rights. Where a formal US DMCA counter-notice is appropriate, additional statutory statements and consent to jurisdiction may be required before restoration can be considered. We will not automatically restore material merely because a response was sent.
For trademark or other non-copyright claims, use our Intellectual Property Policy. For shopping issues, use Contact NailPressly.
Follow-up and good-faith submissions
We may contact the sender to clarify the exact work or URL before acting. If content is removed, we may keep a record of the notice, removal and any response to resolve the dispute. A counter-notice should identify why the original report may have been mistaken and should not include unrelated customer data. Knowingly false statements can have legal consequences. When the dispute concerns a trademark, privacy issue or product quality rather than copyright, use the Intellectual Property Policy or our customer support page instead.
Direct-store scope
NailPressly is a direct store, not a hosting marketplace for independent seller campaigns. This process is for material appearing on NailPressly’s own website. We do not represent that the store has a registered DMCA agent or that every complaint qualifies for a formal statutory process. We will still review a clearly identified concern sent to [email protected] and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
